IRS releases update to Priority Guidance Plan

The IRS and the Treasury Department have released the second quarter update to the 2012-2013 Priority Guidance Plan, which include numerous employee benefit items.

The update includes 11 additional projects that have become priorities and/or guidance published during the period from November 20, 2012 through December 31, 2012 of the plan year. In addition, the second quarter update includes 7 additional projects that have become priorities in connection with the enactment of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 (P.L. 112-240). There are ten additional projects in the Employee Benefits area.
