Despite the differing reactions among U.S. business sectors to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Supreme Court ruling, 77 percent of surveyed organizations are very likely to provide health coverage in 2014, according to the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans’ Supreme Court ACA Decision Reaction Survey. The Office for Civil Rights (OCR), a division of Health and Human Services (HHS), has published the audit protocol for the OCR HIPAA Audit program, which analyzes processes, controls, and policies of selected covered entities pursuant to the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act’s audit mandate. List of benchmark-eligible largest small group health insurance products in each state is updated

On July 2, the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued an updated list of the largest, by enrollment, three small group products by state as of March 31. For more information, see ¶2058Z.
