Archdiocese of New York may proceed with challenge to ACA’s contraceptive mandate

A New York district court has determined that the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York (Archdiocese) successfully claimed that it would sustain “certainly impending” future injuries when the contraception-related provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Act (ACA) go into effect on January 1, 2014.
